About Offer Now IdahoAt Offer Now Idaho, we help homeowners navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. We believe in operating with integrity, pursuing growth, creating financial freedom, and learning through challenges. We're looking for a driven, highly organized professional to manage our real estate transactions from contract to closing. You'll manage timelines, solve problems, communicate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure every transaction moves efficiently from start to finish. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and refuses to let things fall through the cracks. Real Estate Experience Is Not Required You do not need previous experience as a Realtor or transaction coordinator to succeed in this role. In fact, candidates with backgrounds in operations, project management, customer success, executive assistance, logistics, hospitality, administration, account management, or other fast-paced, detail-oriented environments often excel. We can teach our process. We can't teach ownership, resilience, accountability, and grit. Compensation Compensation includes a base salary plus closed transaction bonuses. This is a full-time, remote position. If you're the type of person who loves organization, enjoys solving problems, learns quickly, and takes pride in seeing a complex project through to completion, we'd love to hear from you.
